We need men to become Ambassadors and take the message out there; to schools and colleges, workplaces and festivals; we need men to promote awareness of our principles, to recruit other men, to fund-raise, and generally help us change the world for the better.

Though the focus of our campaign is about men engaging men in the conversation, the work women do in this sector is invaluable.  White Ribbon champions encourage men and boys to participate in the global White Ribbon movement. By encouraging individuals, organisations, networks and communities to say ‘NO’ to violence against women, Champions inspire change and drive the campaign forward.

Any UK-based organisation can and should apply for White Ribbon accreditation; councils, local authorities, police and fire services, schools and universities, sports clubs and venues - these are all examples of organisations who are eligible for the White Ribbon accreditation programme. The Accreditation programme demonstrates that your organisation is fulfilling its safeguarding responsibility, working towards changing culture, raising awareness, and engaging with men and boys in ending male violence against women.
