Safenet: Men Speak Out Against Violence towards Women and Girls

Safenet will be engaging with men, inviting them to participate and encouraging them to lead conversations to raise awareness of the issue and inspire men to take action by saying no to male violence against women.


This regional conference is designed for agencies, partnerships and businesses. It will support you to be active in addressing domestic abuse to make a real difference in your workplace and communities, creating safer future for all.
Key Speakers include:

  • John Clough MBE (SafeNet Patron, co-founder of Justice for Jane)

  • Luke and Ryan Hart (Luke and Ryan Hart share their own personal story to raise awareness of coercive and controlling behaviour after their father murdered their mother and sister in 2016.)

  • Keir Starmer (Labour Minister, supporter of DA initiatives) TBC

  • Jim Strang and Alison Inman (CIH Presidents and Champions of the National DA Initiatives including ‘Make a Stand’ and DAHA in the Housing Sector)
