JCDecaux UK proud to support #TheGoal

By Connie (Constanze) Zehentmeier

The Community Channel is proud to support White Ribbon UK’s campaign across Out-of-Home billboards UK-wide. This collaboration will bring White Ribbon’s vital work to a mass audience highlighting the role that we can all play to end men’s violence against women and girls and create a culture where people speak up and stand up against harmful behaviour.

JCDecaux UK were also delighted to welcome White Ribbon UK Chief Executive Anthea Sully to talk to our people as part of our Difference Matters initiative – Difference Talks. I was delighted to join Anthea in conversation to talk more about the work White Ribbon UK are doing across several industries, the impact of men's violence against women, as well as what we can all do to make a difference.

In February 2022, JCDecaux UK launched The Community Channel, an initiative that enables not-for-profit community and charitable projects to access digital Out-of-Home locations in line with JCDecaux’s purpose and values. JCDecaux aims to amplify Out-of-Home’s role as a force for good in the community. That’s why an estimated 50p in every pound spent on all Out-of-Home advertising goes back into the community.

We are delighted to work with all our Community Channel partners and highlight their important work bringing it to the public screen of Out-of-Home. With this being a World Cup year there has never been a better time to encourage men to join the team to end violence against women — that is #TheGoal
