Workplace programmes

We believe all organisations, large and small, can help end violence against women. This is why we’ve developed two programmes to facilitate organisational change: Accreditation and Supporter Organisations.

Men’s violence — in all its forms — has a negative impact on the health and safety of employees, their wellbeing and productivity. It impacts workplace culture and it can impede your organisation’s success. White Ribbon UK’s Accreditation and Supporter programmes provide frameworks to support your organisation work towards ending harmful attitudes and behaviours in your workplace and throughout your local community.

Find the right programme for your organisation

White Ribbon Accreditation takes a strategic approach to empowering people at all levels in the workplace to be allies. This programme is open to organisations of all sizes, at any point of their journey, and the fee structure is determined by your organisation’s revenue or annual budget. Over a three-year period, your organisation will implement an Action Plan, developed by a Steering Group and supported by leadership, to affect tangible change within your organisation.

Our Supporter Organisation offer is reserved for small-to-medium-sized business who have less than 250 employees. Organisations wanting to become a White Ribbon Supporter Organisation can do so directly on our website by filling out a form and paying a fee of £175 (+VAT). Supporter Organisations focus mainly on raising awareness about ending violence against women in their communities and are asked to host at least one fundraiser for our charity each year.
